About The Owner
My name is David Atkinson, and I founded Central Florida Clean to bring a higher level of structure, professionalism, and operational discipline to the commercial cleaning industry. I combine hands-on field experience with a strong background in production, manufacturing, and process improvement. This gives my company a quality driven, organized, and efficient approach to every service we provide.
Before launching Central Florida Clean, I worked in property preservation where I followed strict scopes of work, compliance requirements, detailed documentation processes, and inspection ready standards. That experience shaped my focus on consistency, accountability, and high quality results. I also have an extensive background in production and manufacturing, where I earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications. This training taught me how to build efficient workflows, eliminate waste, and create reliable systems that produce the same strong outcome every time. I bring that same mindset into commercial cleaning.
I lead Central Florida Clean with a commitment to precision, integrity, and clear communication. I stay personally involved in quality control, safety practices, and client coordination to make sure every project is completed to specification and fully ready for turnover. My goal is to raise the standard of commercial cleaning in Central Florida by providing consistent, measurable results backed by strong systems and true professionalism.
I was born in Jamaica, spent formative years living in Canada, and now proudly reside in the Ocoee Apopka area. Central Florida is my home, and it is where I am building a company rooted in reliability, partnership, and community.
