I am David Atkinson, owner of Central Florida Clean. I built the company to provide commercial property owners, managers, contractors, and businesses with cleaning service that is dependable, clearly communicated, and tailored to the actual needs of the property.
My goal is not simply to complete a list of cleaning tasks. It is to understand what the client needs, define the scope, establish realistic expectations, and make the cleaning side of the property easier to manage.
